14 Caper Catamaran Custom in ALBERTON, Queensland for sale

For those who are unaware, the Caper Cat is a small sailing catamaran designed for small trip with significant stowage in the hulls. This will be the 3rd Caper Cat I have owned myself and generally I enjoy to take them for weekends away island hopping and camping, I am planning to upgrade to a bigger boat for longer trips.
This is a unique Caper Cat which has been highly customised by a retired boat builder for long offshore trips as a charity fundraiser and has helped to raise funds for both the Royal Childrens Hospital and Sail 4 Palsy.
Prior to its participation in these events it has had substantial upgrades performed, new sails, new watertight hatches, installation of centre console with built in 20L fuel tank and outboard motor mount as well as new and upgraded rigging and depth sounder and antenna for VHF and mounting compartments for the relevant hardware.
There are many ingenious little upgrades performed by the previous owner that have increased the offshore capability and comfortablility of this vessel.
There are 2 sets of sails, one set is near new and the other set is in good condition, the asking price only reflects a fraction of the cost of new sails so this represents exceptional value for the right adventurer.
This boat has had very little use since the events the upgrades / maintenance was performed for and is ready to sail as is, no work to do.
